How to have perfect spreadable butter all year round. Carefully lift off the lid of your butter bell. Firmly compress fresh butter into the bell shaped internal cylinder until it is full. Add an inch of fresh water to sit in the base of the outer pot and replace butter filled ‘lid’ back into the butter bell. Change the water daily and store out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate!
This stoneware Butter Bell can be washed in a dishwasher.
